About Us

The people behind FEELS.

Two complementary perspectives brought together around one belief: fitness should improve both how people perform and how people feel.
Badoun Photo

Badoun

Badoun is a personal trainer and life coach. He shares his expertise on sports, health, and well-being to his clients worldwide. His experience covers special forces training, presidential security, professional sport, fitness education, nutrition consulting, and life coaching. His approach is based on the belief that all people are multidimensional. Health and fitness are closely linked to your mental health, your performance at work and even your relationships.

Max

Max grew up playing rugby and tennis at a high level and sports was always very central to his wellbeing. After witnessing the damages of the loneliness epidemic, the mental health decline and the lack of real connection in the group fitness world, he decided to use fitness as a way to improve people's lives. He is currently getting his NASM certification and preparing for a career conversion to help people live a healthier life.

Outdoor Run

A run built around movement and connection.

Small group. We start with a check-in. We go on a name basis. Then we move together for 30 to 40 minutes and finish with a cool down and recovery portion.
